Need recommendation for camera replacement

I need a replacement for a PTZ outdoor camera.  The current camera is wired, NTSC video, RS485, IR capable, 24X zoom.  I would like to keep my current wiring in place (no wireless please).  I am having difficulty finding a camera that has a tilt angle above 90 deg. (horizontal)  My camera is located at the bottom of a small hill and I need  a tilt angle of at least 5 degrees above horizontal.  Any recommendations?
