rockstarr11 0 Posted June 10, 2019 Im having a problem with my Hikvision DS-2DE5184-A Dome Camera. I just bought it from eBay and the condition of the device is manufacturer refurbished. I already set its network parameters up using the SADP tool. And it but when I add the device to the IVMS 4200, it says: "HCNetSDK.dll[7]. (Connecting device failed. HDView 0 Posted July 9, 2019 make sure you type correct ip address and port numbers, and make sure there's no ip conflict (you can try different ip address via sadp) if your 4200 is outside of the network, make sure all ports are forwarded in the router.
