I have such ip camera (civs-ipc-6400) but with an old firmware version 1.2.1-73 (03/05/2013) and this firmware version cause problems in viewing online video at new web browsers and has other issues. Can you help me to download the new version from here https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284585374/type/286285731/release/2.11.0 or maybe one of you already has such firmware file and can share it ?
