DVR

i have to call LTS tech Support no luck they won't help you unless you are dealer my modem got fry i have to call att&t after they replaced the modem lost the port forwarding settings not sure somebody can help me with that problem i was thinking about replacing the DVR with less complicated n more serviceable tech support but not sure what DVR brand will be compatible

after spend some time figure out how to port forwarding after that i go to web canyouseeme.org in shows the port are open 800/80 but i get in error on my mobile app connection failed please help someone
