Qvis Amb Eye ip camera Reset

hi all

im trying to reset the password of this ip camera customer nvr broke and I have replaced it with hikvision, I wondering how do we go about resetting the password for the qvis amb series camera as there is no reset button on the inside or the outside of the camera , I have tried the config tool which picks up the camera serial number and firmware version but wont let me change anything on it as it says the password is incorrect, I have tried all default password and customer cant remember any passwords
