Verno 0 Posted July 1, 2019 Hi everyone, I used to have a hikvision NVR with 2 swann bullets and 1 Hikvision dome. All was great until the Hikvision dome night vision went out... so i decided to buy a Swann Dome instead this time. I tweaked a lot of settings to make it work.. the only thing that I couldn't do now is to watch a live mainstream. (the substream works live). However, funny enough, if I go back to playback, it records it in the main stream mode. Most important is that when I try to view via hik-connect, i cannot see the live image as it defaults to mainstream. I try logging into the NVR of the hikvision and i can't change the settings of the video output (see attached, keeps giving me a parameter error). Any advice on what to do? HDView 0 Posted July 9, 2019 1. check if the camera setting is matching the nvr's e.g. bitrate, type etc. 2. if the problem is from the swann camera, it also might be the onvif compatibility issue. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
