One of my problems was at night some of my cameras would go out and come back in, in the morning I have the one with 8 cameras. Another problem I am having is on my screen it will have update files and I can't get that off the screen until I unplug the DVR. I want to know do anyone know how to update the files? Can anyone tell me how I can contact the company so I can receive a refund? They is a waste of money because these cameras aren't doing me no good because I still can't monitor my house because I can't get the cameras to work properly.
