Samsung IP Cam problem with dahua nvr

Hi . i have a 64 CH dahua nvr . imm trying to connect two Samsung SNO-608 camera to it . im used onvif protocol and it works . camera connected and show  when im using it in  full screen mode . but when imm using   grid view (32 CH or 64 CH view) it not showing camera video. only show balck 

any solutions ??

I think this will be because the NVR is trying to access the sub stream of the cameras when in the grid view. It will be using the main stream when the camera is full screened. I would log onto the camera using a web browser and see if you can turn on the sub stream as it sounds like it may be off at the moment.
