Qvis Quattro with ptz

hi there i have the above dvr and some 720 cameras, i recently picked up a ptz camera made by ony-x mini bullet ptz camera, now ive tried to make it work BUT i cant, the camera lights up and does a move round but i cant get it onto my sytem to view it, any help would be great please.

Hi are you using rs485 or over video control 

the ony-x also needs to be on hikvision protocol in the drop down menu

The cable I got with it has rs485 connection and I have the adapter for the dvr side. 
which would you say is best option Tom?

Morning all, I have got the ptz connected and it does it’s first check when I connect it but I have no video or control over it from the dvr, the infra red lights are on. I am just using the power supply that runs the other cameras(tried it on its own and also with the other 3 plugged in just Incase there wasn’t enough power?)

when I go to the app on my phone I can move the camera but still no video

Hi. Sounds like your camera is the wrong format.... tvi cvi ahd

dis you buy ptz new or secondhand
