Hi, so I currently work at a retail store and we use the Checkpoint Clarity Concept. We bought a replacement unit from Ebay last February and now I got this code on the screen that displays "MENU Error-Call Service". I tried everything possible and the code won't go away. I can't get this fixed through my retailers support since they don't provide us with these units anymore. I did find someone selling a installation device that connects to the unit, does anyone know if that specific device can troubleshoot the unit? Thanks
