djkokalis 0 Posted November 2, 2020 Hello there. I have purchased my 4ch DVR with cameras from a company named Sannce from Aliexpress 3 years ago. The cameras used to work just fine until a few weeks ago. The problem is that I cannot view my cameras from my phone remotely (I can see them from the app when connected to the wifi of my house). Since now I have tried all the following upon sending a bunch of emails to sannce customer support: Restored the dvr to factory default Removed the Cr battery from the dvr Disabled the reenabled the dhcp option Port forwarded the ports of the dvr on my router After a lot of emails, Sannce told me that I have to replace my DVR with a new one. What is your opinion on this? Any other solutions that I should try out? Thanks

I am using Freecampro on iOS I don't believe it has something to do with the app since my dvr can't connect to the cloud server. I am attaching photos of my dvr, the camera model, a photo of my network settings and last but not least a photo of the wizard stating that the cloud server is connecting but nothing happens. I also tried to access from a web browser the website of the cloud service (http://www.atvcloud-ahd.com) but I get an error. Is it that the cloud server is down so that is why I cannot access my cameras remotely? Would be possible to access my cameras remotely from a ddns server? thanks
tomcctv 190 Posted November 10, 2020 Hi. It is 100% a problem with your app. the qr code is dead .... just takes you to a web page .... registered in October 2020 you can pass the cloud service (which is not really a cloud service) it’s just a redirect service of your IP address to China do your own port forwarding on your router
djkokalis 0 Posted November 10, 2020 I have already port forwarded my router but still doesn’t work. I also tried to make my dvr address static but still nothing. Is there any other app you know available that would do the job? I am attaching the port forwarding of my router (sorry it’s in Greek). I also tried TCP and UDP protocol
tomcctv 190 Posted November 10, 2020 Hi. I can’t see your dvr http 80 forwarded Also use tcp and udp your app is working local (dvr local ip ) so should work with ports forwarding that system also works on the xmeye app but you still can’t use the qr side

Ok I will try it and get back to you. Should I use a static ip on my dvr or leave the dhcp option? Last but not least do you know an app or Mac OS so I can also view them from my computer? thanks for your help
