Help please selecting an IP dome with audio

Want an ip dome for our front door with 2 way audio. Human tracking would be nice.

I’ve tried a Ctronics CTIPC-285C and the mic turns off after a few minutes from power up. The firmware looks like the same stuff my Dads ip camera has and that isn’t ptz. I’m guessing all these Chinese domes and ip cams are using the same firmware.

I don’t want to spend a fortune. I have a Foscam indoor cam which was maybe double the price of the Chinese cams, and it looks and performs very similar so not impressed.
