Bought House with Sannce DL81A1T - No Password

Hi All, first post!

Couple of weeks ago me and my partner bought a new house, that has quite a few security cameras, we were told "its all intuitive and doesn't require any setup" (when we asked for information about it during the purchase)

I've since sat down to get it all connected up. Its a Sannce DL81A1T that has 8 channels that the cameras are wired too.  As soon as I tried to do anything on the DVR it demanded a password - which of course we don't have. The seller told us to try blank/password/1234 etc which didn't work and locked the account. Then suggested we reset it using "The button on the back" which does not exist.

I've tried to connect to it via PC using SADP but it can't find it (tried multiple installs no luck)

Hikvision CMS can see the DVR on the network, but can't do anything because we don't have the password

I also noticed that of the 8 cameras connected, only 2 had solid images, the others ranged from very flashy to a flicker every 3-4 seconds. Is that a connection problem or is it likely those cameras are dying.

I've contacted Sannce support but yet to hear back. Is there anything I can do? is there any way to factory reset the unit without knowing the password?
