ObjectDisplace 0 Posted December 5, 2020 Hi guys, hope you can offer some advice. I have moved into a property with four cameras, one is a bullet iqcctv hd960h. Unfortunately the previous owners cut the cables going to the DVR and I have no idea how to crimp/repair. I have attached a picture, the black cable contains one yellow cable with copper wrapped around and a red cable. Is this BNC? I presume red is power and yellow is video as I can’t see any separate power leads.. Can anyone help with advice on how to fix so I can connect to my DVR please? Thanks for your help guys ?? tube tech 1 Posted December 26, 2020 I would expect red = power, "cable wrapped around" = shield = ground, yellow = video BNC is a type of connector. I would make yellow center pin and shield the outer shell of the BNC connector.
