GameWithCrash 0 Posted December 16, 2020 Long story short...where I live there is existing cameras (7 total) all wired into one spot and I thought all I needed was a DVR and I'd be all set. However when I went I to the basement today I realized that besides the coax cable there is a separate wire\cable that has 2 bare wires, one red and one black coming out the end, It's got to be for power obviously.(right?) So I have 7 coax connections and the 7 other (power) wires. When I look at dvrs for security cameras I'm not seeing a place where those power wires will go... So my question is what do I need?
