Try to connect Mini NVR N6200-8E and SN-IPC5001C

I am trying to connect my Super Mini NVR N6200-8E and IP Cam SN-IPC5001C, both OnVif compatible, but honestly not coming forward at all. I connected both with an Ethernet cable and set 169.254.100.2 for the box cause the ip adres printed on the camera is 169.254.100.100

I need some help from someone who sucsessfully installed such NVR and could tell me the affordable steps, this ist my first try so I do not really understand how to start.

Which information should I provide here?
