Sony 360 degree SNCHM662 Lost Ability to Rotate and Pan After Avigilon Upgrade

Hello,

I recently updated a camera system from ACC 5 to ACC 7. It appears that we have lost the ability to move the Sony 360 cameras. These are the only two Sony cameras we own. Everything else is working correctly. We are still able to zoom in and out. I worked with Avigilon, and they were not able to help me get it resolved. I reached out to Sony, and they never responded. I was hoping someone might have experienced a similar issue, and might be able to help. I have tried setting it back to factory. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it.
