Help Please!

Hello everyone I'm new to the group!

I only know a little about setting up CCTV, but I learn by doing better than just reading, but in saying that I do have a problem.

I was  burgled a year or so ago and had a lot of things stolen, since then I managed to get some Wansview W2 (X series) and Q35 (X series) cameras. I originally set them up on my phone and iPad, but as some are Wifi (and it slows down my Wifi) I'm trying to set them up on Cat5 cable to a XVR. I've now purchased an Zxtech Onya XVR and having problems viewing the cameras on the monitor. They are on Onvif and I've tried RTSP. I have looked at the IP addresses and tried a few things, but still not able to view. It just says "No Video".

I contacted Wansview and they asked a question and I sent back a reply. Since then now response and this was over a week ago, I've sent another chaser email, still no response. I originally asked the Zxtech Supplier if they were compatible before purchasing and said they should be!

Please can anyone help me?
