What is happening with this video?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here.

I have 8 IP Cam that I'm using kerberos.io to check the video, record, and upload to the cloud. The video is coming through rstp protocol.

For some reason, one of the cams (a speed dome) are having a weird ghost effect sometimes (50% let's say)

Is there a name for this effect? Is there any configuration that I can tweak to fix it?
