Jerky Pictures on Wifi cctv DVR

I have just replaced my Floureon DVR with a Weilailife DVR the pictures either stick for a few seconds or are very jerky, sometimes showing a person in a different area at the same time. Can I do anything to stop this

Hi. You may need to look at motion settings on recorder ... turn sensitivity up
