OOSSXX NVR

My NVR got firmware upgrade and erased my configured password. Now I can't access the NVR admin account. I tried blank password and even my previously working password. Can someone help how to reset or if you have experienced the same. and know the initial password

NVR system is OOSSXX with serial # K8208W-202080775
