I want to configure my camera

I bought an IP camera that comes with the iCSee Android App. The camera is ok but is cloud based and I cant acces from my computer. I only can access from my computer if the camera is restarted and only for some time (until the Network Mode changes to RPS).
When the camera restarts the Network Mode is "P2P Mode". After some minutes the Network Mode changes to "IP". And then, it changes to RPS which don't let me use VLC to see my camera.

I want to change his firmware (if possible) to customize some aspects like network mode or directly remove cloud things that the camera does.

The camera is: Gadnic SX37 Bullet Interior / Exterior IP WiFi Full HD

I think that the camera is made in my country (Argentina) but it shares some aspect with other IP cameras. Maybe I'm wrong.

Can I change the firmware? or change advanced parameters whitout change the firmware?
