Frequent Hit & Runs - What Fixed Zoom Camera(s)?

Hi guys, I am a new kid on the block, I mean, on this forum.

Here's my problem. Every time if there is a black ice or other slippery road conditions, I am getting a LOT of visitors on my driveway or nearby area (between yellow arrows; see the attached picture). In last few years my cars and other belongings were damaged by hit-and-run drivers. I am looking for a quality camera (or a set of cameras e.g. wide angle and a fixed-zoom) which would allow to capture details which could be used by a police. I tried to use Ring, but they're useless. Because of the distance, I can see that my car was hit by a white vehicle, but it is impossible to guess a make, not to mention about model / registration plate or a driver (even he left his car to assess).

Is there any particular brand / model you could recommend for this use case?
