DS-7616NI-K2 DVR admin password forget

We have DS-7616NI-K2 DVR and need to reset admin password. We use SADP tools to get information of DVF:

SN : 1620170607CCRR775627232WCVU

Start Time : 2020-12-22 17:44:57

Software version : V3.4.93build 170408

I tried to retrieve the key with Hikvision support but no response.

Please, can someone help us find the reset code and how to do it?

hola buenas tardes intenta hacer un reset por medio de un puente, me ha pasado con con los fabricantes no te solucionan y es indispensable o al momento y ellos lo uqe hacen es tardarse, destapa tu grabador y desde que entra la corriente al grabador tienes la oportunidad de resetarlo necesito  ver por dentro para que te pueda decir donde es el lugar correcto, te dejo mi numero para que me mandes las fotos 5618489011
