no name IP camera security (can access it even if it has username/passwd)

Hello,

I have a no name IP camera and although i set user/password for it, when using a camera viewer application that has ONVIF auto discovery, it discovers the camera and i can watch it without asking for user/password.

Is this because i'm in the same network ?

PS: when i'm using another app but with an external network IP, it asks me for the user/passwd
