Hi. You need to download the SADP Software to change the password ….. you will also of had a disk. With the camera

Hi I need help with the hik-connect app for Hikvision DS-2DE3A404IW-DE/W PTZ Camera. I have downloaded and installed the hik-connect app on my android phone. There is no ptz control. Can any member help me with the problem? There is control using web browser but not the hik-connect app. If I have missed out something, please enlighten me. Thank you
