Hikvision vs hilook

Hi I am looking to upgrade the cctv at home. Unfortunately the budget is tight

I have narrowed the cameras down to either the hilook t259h or the hikvision  ds-2cd2347g2-lu. 

Ideally I would like to get the hilook cameras are they are alot cheaper. However I do not want to sacrifice on the quality so if needs be I can go for the hikvison ones

Please can someone tell me is there a massive difference in quality between the 5mp hi look camera and the 4mp hikvison camera? Resolutions are the same and both shoot at 30fps but I know that doesn't tell the full story. I would also like to know how the colour vu at night compares at night between the two

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

I forgot to motion I am not that bothered about the accusense technology or advance motion settings that are offered by hikvision. My main concern is how drastic the video quality difference is between the 2 cameras
