mikhailf 0 Posted July 31, 2021 Recently upgraded to Hikvision DS-9616NI-I8 under Network --> Advanced --> Log Server Configuration entered the log server IP and kept default TCP port 514 clicked on Test and got "Test failed" status message popup. I don't get why certificate installation option is on the same page, yet I did install CA certificate (from our Microsoft AD CA) but installing the certificate using Cert Request fails no matter what i do. I created cert request with C=US and CN=<device dns name>, issued SSL cert using microsoft CA, exported the issued cert in base64, der, cert chain. I tried to play with extensions (.pem, .cer, .crt, no extnesion). I can't get the private key to convert to pfx. Any ideas? Thank you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
