WH-D5204A password reset

Hello,

I'm hoping someone could help me out as I've ran out of option on accessing and recovering my passcode.  Been years since I've actually accessed the DVR, until the hard drive gave out, made beeping sounds.

I've tried all the solution and password generator listed here and there to no avail.

Bootup Screen: Embedded Net DVR

Model: WH-D5204A

SN: 8401412P4X00078

Recovery Date: 2012 01 01

I've attached photos of the motherboard and version number if that would help.

Tried all the default passcode. 111111, 666666, 888888, 000000, 12345, 123456, etc....

Also tried these passcode from the passcode generators I've found.

XaYFIC, 050475, 010100, 95657909, 959104, Szrr9yRQy9, rzdeyQzee: These don't work.

If anyone knows or could lead me to where I could solve the my problem, please let me know.

Also, if there's any other info I need to provide to reset the password, let me know about that too.
