Need help with Hikvision Nvr...alarm push notifications..

Hello to everyone!

This summer I bought HikVision DS-7608NXI-I2S.

 

I connected it through Lan with 4 cameras (three HikVision and 1 Ptz through Onvif) and started using perimeter protection function on 4 cameras.(this nvr's smart analyse limit is 4 cameras).

It was working perfectly for almost 2 months,analyzing smart events and sending me push alarm notifications with photos until it started sending me sometimes ,rarely..and then it stopped.

I tried several solutions.

 

I updated nvr to 4.40.415 build 201112 firmware version

I tried to reinstall everything from the beggining (cameras, smart events)

I checked Hik Connect's settings..

...

Nothing happened.

I even reset it to defaults and done everything from the beggining..

...nothing...

Alarm push notifications are not working.

I am searching for the last three weeks to find a solution..

 

Any suggestions?
