Want to monitor system from PC

I have just had installed a 2 camera system connected to a TD-2704NS-HC Recorder connected to a SamsungTV. I would like to be able to monitor the system from my Windows 10 PC. The installer is being less than helpfull. Says they can install software on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and iPads but not on a PC.

Can anyone help me in  achieving my aims.

Hi yes you can …. There are a few ways with that system 

you can insert your recorders local IP address into your browser…… you will find the IP address …. Go to settings bottom left of your screen then network and you will see your recorders local iP 

you can also use there software    ….. I will PM you all software for your system

Many thanks for that. I have the recorders IP address but am unable to access. Error says " Server not ready"

Just installed the software but it is asking for a user name and password.

Hi. That will be the same as your recorder

Ok I’m guessing you had your system installed by someone 

did they setup your password for you ?

Yes, system was installed by a "professional" company who said it was too complicated to set a PC to monitor the system

I eventually found the user manual for the software and got the default password. It then took me about 30 minutes to set up the system as I wanted it.
