Can’t find network host

Currently I have a Lorex fusion NVR.  Everything was working perfectly since it’s only less than a month old.  The cameras are wired over POE work fine.  I also added a wireless doorbell Lorex 2k which also worked fine.  I had a power outage and now the doorbell cannot find the network host.  I have tried everything including reseting the router to factory default.  Reseting the camera to factory default and reseting the NVR as well.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  The doorbell camera still works through the Lorex applications just can’t add it to the NVR.
