wilkspt 0 Posted January 5, 2022 We bought 2 of these Amazon Cameras and the vendor will not reply to support requests. So, I am hoping I can get some help here. We have a networked NVR with 8 other cameras on it, all of them working just like they are supposed to. I connected these cameras to the network and I am able to see the cameras in SADP but not able to access them. There is no factory reset button on the boards and no troubleshooting info on the vendor site. Any tools or methods I can use to troubleshoot and get into these cameras?
