Documenting bird feeding

Hi,

I'd be thankful for some input regarding documentation of bird feeding.

I search for

1) Feed cam. Static, rain proof motion activated cam with close depth of field = 10cm to 50cm +

2) Feeding area cam. Rain proof. Motion activated. Filming the front yard 10x10 meters. With remote control movement preferably.

Quality for both as good as possible, but I guess HD is enough. IR night shoot of course a plus. No need for batteries, can be connected to a plug. Saving to a in camera memory card ok.
