celnut 0 Posted March 10, 2022 I bought 2 cheap Chinese ptz ip cameras - C-p05(EN)C -, they worked ok for a while but now some of the functions don't, tilt works ok but pan does not, also auto tracking stopped working it is exactly the same for both cameras so I suspect it is the software/firmware that has gone wrong, I have no reply from the seller so I can't get any help from them they are cloud based using the YCC365 Plus app has anyone else had any of these and had the same problem? Not many would cant do anything else with the cameras as there proprietary software … made to collect your data here are the terms of you using there camera and cloud dont send them back it’s just more money you will waste …. Hi it depends on your budget and how your going to record the footage ptz cameras are good if used right and along with other camera its the auto pan tilt that lets it down …… one minute it’s watching someone then it turns away mid it ptz cameras you need or a 4 camera system Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
