IP Cam Troubleshooting/Network Connection

Hello,

So, need some help. Having an issue connecting several IP cameras to a VMS(mostly on same subnet). I can ping the cameras, nmap shows ports 80 and 554 open. I can connect these cameras through RTSP using 554, but cannot connect to cameras otherwise, browser or VMS. Customer firewall team says port 80 is open. There are other cameras on the same Subnet that work.

Cameras of issue are mostly Samsung/Hanwha cameras with couple Axis cameras. 

 

Thoughts? Advice?
