floureon cctv unit filmware needed

Hi can any one help, I bought a floureon cctv unit a while back , was happy with it until a year later the unit decided to turn it self off then when it restarted the admin password had changed ? we never changed it cameras stopped recording and the unit would not let us access the menu until the password was entered after 3 or 4 attempts it locked the account and said I must get a super password from the suppler , no joy there and no joy from floureon web site , I did remove the internal battery to force a hard reset , left for 2 days and set the unit back up / the unit still will not let me in with out this password , I have tried all factory passwords so decided just to buy another unit / that was fine for about 5months no problems then same happened to the new unit / this is also asking for a new password .. bought a new unit checked my internet security etc all ok  this unit the 3rd one  has been working fine for the same about 4-5 months now I am having problems with that £80 a go I have 3 units / I want to fix these but cannot find a download site to find the firmware to reflash the units .. I take it this is a common fault due to all forums I can find (with out hitting them with a hammer how do I flash them and fix them)

what program do I need / ware do I find the software / can there be flashed using a HDMI or just the VGA lead

I am getting frustrated as no one can help with a easy fix

no 1 bought one unit then a year later it stopped working the unit asked for a admin password could not reset set it so ordered a new one after 6months the same happened again with the new box cannot reset these boxes so i am looking for a software update so there go back to factory settings , I have bought another unit now this one is doing the same

hi one of the 3 passwords below will unlock two of your recorders ….. all codes below are only valid for today

as far as software for password changing will not work as there is only firmware and it’s 5 years old and you need to be in recorder menu to update

 

as far as buying xmeye systems I recommend you don’t buy anymore….. you don’t have full control over the system once you register with P2P xmeye it stays with that recorder

 

there is a lot better recorders in the uk than xmeye systems

Mr Integrator,

I too have a Floureon DVR model# A6808MH  serial # 2020211985601 and no way to access it. I have attempted to contact Floureon support thru email a dozen times. 

Can I ask that you do the same as you did for the OP? It would be greatly appreciated.

PS I tried admin and blank password. I am able to view my cameras on my phone via XMEye. It logs in automatically. I believe I did set up a password for XMEye but cannot remember it. Thank you in advance.
