Evicerator 0 Posted April 24, 2022 I've installed several "traditional" IP security camera systems and am proficient in that area, but was recently asked to install a 32 camera system where the NVR is in their network room on the 1st floor but they want a dual monitor in their office upstairs about 60' away. I'm at a loss for how i can set this up. I can run wire without issue, it's just the knowledge of what needs to be done to make this work the way they want. The parts I'm having difficulty with is that want to be able to control the NVR from upstairs (primarily the camera being viewed, etc) and have half the cameras on one display and the other half on the other display. Is it just as simple as finding a dual hdmi NVR and using Baluns with IR? Thanks for any and all help and advice that you can offer. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
