Falcon FALC-NVR-32BB System

Hi

I am looking for some technical advice with a system that I can find very few details about.  We have a FALC-NVR-32BB device with about 20 cameras connected.  The system has not been upgraded in years and only works on Internet Explorer.  I am looking to get the Firmware updated or am looking at trying to use external software to access the cameras both live and the recordings from the NVR.  Can anyone please offer any advice as to what software I can use to achieve this?  If we upgrade to the latest firmware, what features can I expect?

Hi. Upgrading  firmware will be a mistake especially on a falcon unit.  The falcon name was used on a few nvr brands so wrong firmware will kill your unit

to determine which unit you have ….. do you use a app for remote viewing ?

Thanks.  The Logo in the top left corner of the screen is branded OYN-X. 

At the moment, only remote viewing is via Internet Explorer on a very clunky web interface (image attached).

Ok … that unit does not need updating

We are a school, based in East Sussex (close to Hastings)

Ok that system you have is a TVT nvr (very good system)

remote viewing is done with a app called SuperLive plus

what problems are you having
