Axis M7104 and Honeywell NVR - cameras not connecting

Have a "peep" cameras at front gate connected to Axis M7104 (port 1). Axis has ethernet out to a Thor fiber converter. Fiber comes up to control room where it goes back to ethernet and into a switch. Honeywell NVR (HEN08141) is connected to same switch. The NVR autofinds the camera but doesn't show it "up". I can add it but get no feed, only a message that reads "the login return time is up."

Any ideas??
