Hikvision - DS-7616NI-E2 / 16P - reconfiguring cameras

We are in the process of reconfiguring our NVR and for some reason the cameras are having a hell of a time connecting to the NVR. I am looking for someone to reach out and help get me through this mess. Any takers?

Update 1: I believe I got a couple of them figured out... I found the IP Address Filter under Security on a couple of the cameras which got those moving. I am still fighting a few more cameras that are giving me "Network Abnormal" errors...
