Techaware 0 Posted October 4, 2006 Hi Everyone, I have a DVR that the Hard Drive burned out... What I really need is the complete installation software package. I tried the manufacturer but haven' t gotten any response from them... Probably don' t support product anymore... Is this software still available? It seems now that DW is a large distributor, like most of them... Do not have the capacity to support their products and Technical support sucks wind. I never should have promoted or purchased this product to an irresponsible corp like DW and warn all others of DW.... There are alot of Capture Card Distributors that still believe in professional and reliable support... Beware the cons who are only interested in money and profit. Regards, G. Howard, GM, TechAware.
