Can’t get other apps working with Swann dvr

I’ve got a swan dvr with 4 cctv cameras , the app they include is not great , I’ve tried to use other apps but can’t get them working , I tried a iP can iPhone app and it says connecting with the ip but asks for login and I put in the login details which I use for the dvr but they don’t work , I’ve tried apps with p2p login but that don’t work , I tried another Swann app that uses p2p login but that don’t work either , keeps saying login details is wrong . There’s some instructions here in the picture which I don’t understand , hopefully someone can help me
