Serage cameras ip cameras with hik NVR

Hi 

i was wondering if anyone knows if serage IP cameras are compatible with a hikvision NVR i have 4 cameras and 8 channel recorder i do install CCTV but ive come a big stuck. This is just spare stuff i have and i was going to help a friend out if they are.
