The police advised me to put a cam in my room which I did however the burglars seem to be able to bypass the cameras. Does anybody know of a suitable wired system that is reliable and cannot be easily hacked. I have to rely on the house wifi system which has proved not to be reliable in terms of security. What country are you in ? there are a few system and standalone cameras. The key is to stay away from smart cameras that relies on internet connection to work there are also other devices that can alert you when someone enters your room that use gsm so again does not need the students network what is your budget Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
