Dvr fail to record after power outage

Hi my drv fail to record after power outage it lost clock to default to 2010 first tought is battery bios i replaced but same problem , so its doesnt record until i fix set date time from ntp. I dont know why this happend..  if i remove directly from cord work fine but power outage break all 🤔
