Need a recommendation for a camera

Hello,

I'm looking for a recommendation for a camera. We have 4 cats and someone is peeing behind the litterboxes and I just need to figure out which cat is the culprit. 

I want a camera that:

-I can connect to via WIFI
-Wired for power is fine, indoor use only. I do not need battery operated. 
-Day/Night vision
-Motion activated and saves recordings, so that I can go back later to view them
-Preferably less than $100, and no subscription to some service required

I got a google nest camera, but honestly the thing is a POS. Unless it's a human, the thing does NOT detect motion for **** and does not save the recordings I need it to save. Not to mention the user interface isn't that great. I'm going to return it.

Really, an outdoor trail cam is exactly what I need, except I'm hoping to find something I can just plug into the wall instead of dealing with batteries and something that I can connect to and view saved recordings via WIFI instead of having to manually download them from the camera.
