CollinR 0 Posted October 5, 2006 Anyone have one? Just a basic generic one that I can customize some, its nice on the bigger jobs to just explain it and have them fill out the form. This way you know your IP and available service ports apon install. Great for remote admin situations... CollinR 0 Posted October 5, 2006 If you provide it I'll spruce it up and fire it back at you with an access DB that will allow you to print them on the fly based on your DVR's specific needs.
