Coosing which security system

Hello!

I am looking for a security camera system for my house and i couldn't find a model/manufacturer that will meet all my requirements:

1. I need 2 wired cameras & 2 wireless cameras. (data transfer of all 4 cameras via wifi/other wireless technology).

2. Recordings must be saved to a local home base (no payed subscription nor memory card inside the camera).

3. Person detect alerts can be sent to my mobile phone (if possible, the ability to differentiate between a person and a pet).

4. Max price around 500$.

5. I will install the system myself.

* Image quality is not a big priority

I will be glad to hear suggestions...
