Importing configuration file failed

I have Hikvision DS-7216HUHI-F2/N. After upgrading firmware, I can't upload configuration file / recorded earlier / via web page, needed for enabling enhanced VCA mode, because I have not phisical access to DVR.

Any ideas will be helpfull.
